Our company was created in 2016 to fulfill the growing need for professional services that are essential to Florida’s privately operated utility sector. In today's economic environment, utilities must evolve and stay abreast of Florida's changing regulatory environment to survive and prosper.
OCBOA Consulting, LLC is an associate member of the Florida Rural Water Association .
Our Team
Over twenty years of regulatory accounting experience with the FPSC as a field auditor and district office supervisor. I have audited and provided staff-testimony for various utility filings (File & Suspend Rate Cases, Staff-Assisted Rate Cases, Certificates of Transfer, Limited Proceedings, and Over Earnings Investigations).
- Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida (1991)
- Florida Certified Public Accountant (1995)
Over a decade of experience as a software engineer, focusing on software design, artificial intelligence, and 3D rendering. I have written software for embedded systems, military simulators, VR and AR simulators, desktop applications, and both the frontend and backend code for websites.
